Spacious & Quiet Apartment near Eiffel Tower

Stay in a spacious and functional apartment in the heart of Paris's 15th arrondissement. This 40 m² flat, located on a quiet street, offers a peaceful setting just minutes away from major attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Perfect for families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to four people.

The space

This 40 m² apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 cm), a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Provided amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, blender, vacuum cleaner, fan, drying rack, hangers, a dedicated workspace, ironing equipment, a kettle, a toaster, a freezer, and wine glasses. Heating is individual and electric.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator. Access to the building is via a secure keypad code. The apartment is on the right when exiting the elevator.

Guest interaction

We welcome you in person from 3 PM on your arrival day to hand over the keys and show you around. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. On your departure day, check-out is self-service and must be completed by 11 AM. To simplify your departure, you will simply need to drop the keys at a nearby partner drop-off point, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

The Croix Nivert neighborhood in the 15th is a peaceful, residential, and family-friendly area, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. You will find all daily necessities within immediate reach: supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and a variety of restaurants. A few minutes' walk away, you can reach the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, a venue for international events and trade shows, or enjoy a pleasant stroll in the vast André Citroën Park. The Eiffel Tower and the Champ de Mars are easily accessible, offering an iconic view of Paris.

Transport

The closest metro station is Porte de Versailles (line 12), about a 10-minute walk away, which provides direct access to areas like Montparnasse or La Madeleine. The Convention station (line 12) is also within walking distance. Several bus lines (such as 39 and 80) serve the area, making it easy to reach the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, or Montparnasse train station. The proximity to the ring road makes access by car convenient.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-out, however, is self-service and must be completed by 11 AM. To simplify your departure, the keys must be dropped off at a partner drop-off point, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 PM, we offer the possibility of a late self check-in, until a maximum of 12 AM (midnight). In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a 24/7 partner drop-off point, for a small contribution of €10.
