Splendid loft near Beaubourg

Stay in a spacious apartment of 70 m 2, located on the 6th floor of a historic building on the rue Saint-Martin, in the 3rd district of Paris. Facing South, the accommodation enjoys a beautiful light. Its location in the heart of the Marais places you close to many cultural sites, shops and restaurants, for a complete Parisian experience.

Space:

This apartment consists of four rooms: a bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious living room, a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. It has an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, fridge, freezer), a washing machine, a dryer, Wi-Fi, a TV and a workspace for laptop. The surface of 70 m2 ensures a comfortable stay.

The accommodation has a room upstairs, but it is condemned. The stairs visible in the photo should therefore not be borrowed.

Access:

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building dating from before 1900. Access is without an elevator. Detailed instructions for entering the building and accessing the accommodation will be communicated to you before your arrival.

Interaction:

We welcome you in person from 3 PM on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys. Our team remains available for any questions during your stay. The check-out is done independently before 11am. For your departure, we will give you the address of a nearby partner relay where to drop off the keys.

Neighborhood:

You will stay in one of the most lively and historic districts of Paris. The rue Saint-Martin is in the heart of the Marais, a stone’s throw from the Pompidou Centre, the Museum of Arts and Crafts and close to the Place des Vosges. The neighborhood is renowned for its numerous art galleries, designer boutiques, bookstores, trendy cafes and varied restaurants. Many local shops (bakeries, grocery stores, supermarkets) are located in the nearby streets.

Transport:

The situation is excellent for transport. The metro stations Rambuteau (line 11) and Arts et Métiers (lines 3 and 11) are about 5 minutes walk. They allow direct access to key points like République, Bastille, or Châtelet. Many bus lines also run through the neighborhood, facilitating all your travel in Paris.

Notes:

We welcome you in person between 3 PM and 8 PM. The check-out, on the other hand, is done independently and must be completed before 11 AM. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, whose address will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8pm, we offer the possibility of a late check-in independently, up to 00h maximum. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small contribution of 10€.
