Elegant 3BR next to Place des Vosges

Stay in a functional and peaceful apartment, nestled on Rue Charles V in the 4th arrondissement. Equidistant from Place des Vosges and the banks of the Seine, this 86 m² home offers a restful setting on the garden level, away from the bustle yet in the heart of vibrant Paris. Its generous layout and extensive amenities make it a comfortable base for exploring the capital.

The space

The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and has its own shower room with shower and private WC. A second bedroom includes a double bed (140 cm) and a third is fitted with a sofa bed. The living room is a distinct living area, with no sleeping facilities. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and blender. A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a drying rack and ironing equipment. The apartment faces north and has a fan. Wi-Fi is included.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor (street level, no elevator). Entry is through a first secure building door, then a second interior door. The apartment is immediately on the left. Access is simple and fully self-sufficient with the provided badges and codes.

Guest interaction

We welcome you in person from 3:00 PM for check-in, to hand over the keys and wish you a warm welcome. Our team remains reachable throughout your stay to answer any questions. On departure day, check-out is self-service before 11:00 AM: simply drop the keys off at a partner relay located near the apartment (the address will be provided to you).

The neighborhood

The Marais is one of the few neighborhoods in Paris equally appreciated by visitors and Parisians alike. Just steps away, Place des Vosges, the oldest royal square in Paris, offers its arcades and shaded gardens perfect for strolling. Village Saint-Paul, a maze of courtyards and antique dealers, is just a few minutes away. The neighborhood is full of exceptional museums: the Musée Picasso, housed in the Hôtel Salé, and the Maison de Victor Hugo, on Place des Vosges. Rue des Rosiers, the historic heart of the Parisian Jewish community, is famous for its falafels and fine grocery stores. Between contemporary art galleries, concept stores and small bookshops, the Marais offers a dense and cosmopolitan neighborhood life.

Transport

The neighborhood is well served by several metro lines: Saint-Paul station (line 1) is about a 5-minute walk away, Bastille station (lines 1, 5 and 8) is accessible in less than 10 minutes, and Chemin Vert station (line 8) is a nearby alternative. These connections provide quick access to the Opéra Bastille, the Seine and all of central Paris.

From the main train stations, Gare de Lyon is 1.5 km away, about a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by metro via line 1. Gare de l'Est is 3 km away; allow 13 minutes by metro on line 5 direct to Bastille, or 4 minutes by taxi. With these transport options, you'll easily reach the apartment upon your arrival in Paris and be able to explore the entire capital.

We welcome you in person between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is self-service and must be completed before 11:00 AM. To simplify your departure, the keys must be dropped off at a partner relay, the address of which will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, we offer the possibility of a late self-service check-in, until midnight maximum. In this case, the keys will be made available to you at a partner relay open 24/7, for a small contribution of €10.
