The space

This 65 m² apartment offers a pleasant, bright, and colorful setting, ideal for a comfortable Parisian stay. It comprises a separate living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils.

The first bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom, arranged upstairs with a view of Paris, includes a small single bed (78x190), ideal for a child, and brings an original configuration to the housing.

The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. You will also have access to Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, ironing facilities, a hairdryer, a fan, a clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner, hangers, and a workspace for a laptop. Heating is individual gas.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator. Access to the building and the apartment is secure. Practical information will be provided to you before your arrival to help you settle in.

Guest interaction

We will personally welcome you from 3 pm on your arrival day to show you the apartment and answer any initial questions.
We remain available throughout your stay for any requests or additional information.
Check-out is self-service and must be completed by 11 am at the latest. Simply drop off the keys at a partner location near the apartment; the address will be provided before your departure.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a central and vibrant area of ​​the 10th arrondissement. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can reach the Grands Boulevards to enjoy the theaters and cinemas, or stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin, known for its lively quays and terraces.

Numerous local shops, bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets make your stay convenient. You can also reach Montmartre and admire the Sacré-Cœur Basilica in just a few metro stops.

Transportation

The apartment is very conveniently located for getting around. Gare de l'Est train station is about 210 meters away on foot. There you'll find metro lines 4, 5, and 7, as well as the RER E, making it easy to travel to eastern Paris and major transport hubs.

Gare du Nord train station is about 700 meters away on foot. It serves lines B and D, providing quick access to many Parisian neighborhoods and the airports.

Thanks to these connections, you can travel easily and efficiently throughout the capital.

We will personally welcome you between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-check-out and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys should be dropped off at a partner location; we will provide you with the address.

If you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer a late self-check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, the keys will be available at a partner location open 24/7 for a small fee of €10.
