The space

This apartment of 33 m2 located on the 5th floor with elevator, offers a functional and well arranged space. It includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) with a very good box spring and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The room opens onto a nice balcony to enjoy the spectacular view of the Sacred Heart. The living room has a sofa bed with a Simmons mattress (140 cm x 190 cm), ideal for one or two additional travelers.
The separate kitchen allows you to easily prepare your meals thanks to its equipment: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, blender and wine glasses. The counter top is bar, ideal for working or having lunch.
You will also find a work area, TV screen, Wi-Fi, washing machine, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and ironing facilities. The collective gas heating ensures constant comfort.

Guest access

The accommodation is located on the 5th floor of a secure building and equipped with an elevator. Access is via the common areas of the building; all necessary information will be communicated to you before your arrival, without ever revealing sensitive details online.

Guest interaction

Check‑in is done in person from 3 p.m., ensuring you are welcomed and assisted at the start of your stay.
Our team remains available to answer any questions throughout your visit.
Check‑out must be completed before 11 a.m., independently: you will simply need to drop the keys at a partner relay point near the apartment, whose address will be provided.

The neighborhood

Located in the 18th arrondissement, the apartment benefits from a lively and pleasant environment. You will find many local shops, cafés, bakeries and a variety of restaurants nearby.
The area offers easy access to several cultural sites and iconic landmarks of northern Paris, perfect for discovering the artistic and vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. The surrounding streets invite you to stroll among small boutiques, markets and friendly spots. You will be just a 9‑minute walk from the Sacré‑Cœur Basilica in Montmartre.

Transport

The neighborhood is well served by public transportation. Nearby, you will find several metro lines, including lines 4 and 12, as well as various bus lines (40, 31, 56, 80, 85) that make it easy to reach the rest of Paris. The local funicular also provides convenient access to the heights of the 18th arrondissement. These options make getting around simple and practical for exploring the city.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check‑out, however, is done independently and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, the keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, whose address will be provided.

If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the possibility of a late self check‑in until midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available in a 24/7 partner relay point, with a small additional fee of €10.
