The space

This spacious apartment of 93 m 2, located on the ground floor of a beautiful modern building, offers a real feeling of space. It consists of a welcoming living room, a separate kitchen and two closed bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed, the other with two separate single beds.
The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. A dedicated workspace is also at your disposal for your professional needs.
The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, TV, Wi-Fi and fan for your comfort.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor (accessible without a lift). Access is via a badge and key system. A detailed description will be provided to easily access the residence and housing.

Guest interaction

We will welcome you in person from 3 PM on the day of your arrival, to hand over the keys and wish you an excellent stay. Our team remains reachable throughout the duration of your rental to answer your questions. On the day of departure, check-out is done independently before 11am: you just need to drop off the keys at a partner relay near the accommodation, which we will communicate the address.

The neighborhood

You are staying in one of the most popular areas of Paris, the 16th arrondissement. Avenue Raymond Poincaré is an elegant and quiet artery. A few minutes walk, the Place du Trocadéro and its gardens offer one of the most beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is full of quality shops: bakeries, cheese factories, wineries and refined restaurants. You can stroll to the Place Victor Hugo, just as charming, or join the great avenues of luxury like the Avenue Montaigne. The Bois de Boulogne is also ideal for a walk in the green.

Transport

The neighborhood is extremely well connected :
Metro: Victor Hugo station (line 2) just a 5-minute walk, connecting you directly to the Arc de Triomphe and Pigalle .
RER: Porte Dauphine (RER C) is about 16 minutes walk, ideal for reaching Versailles or the center of Paris.
Bus: Many lines (52, 82, 22, 30) pass nearby, with a stop "Foch" just 2 minutes on foot.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3 PM and 8 PM. The check-out, on the other hand, is done independently and must be completed before 11 AM. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, whose address will be provided to you.

If you plan to arrive after 8 PM, we offer the possibility of a late check-in independently, up to a maximum of 12 AM. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small contribution of 10€.
