Spacious apartment, heart of the 11th Oberkampf near Bastille

Stay in a lovely 61 m² apartment on Rue Saint-Sébastien, in the lively 11th arrondissement of Paris. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this well-equipped home offers all the comfort you need to enjoy the city to the fullest, just a short walk from the Bastille, the Marais, and Oberkampf.

The space

This 61 m2 apartment, located in a 19th century building, has two separate bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, accessible by a staircase, the other with a king-size bed. The bathroom, with integrated toilet, is equipped with a bathtub. A living room and a kitchen/dining room complete the space. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and blender. You will also find a washing machine, a dryer, ironing facilities, a workspace for laptop, as well as a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner and smoke detector. The apartment overlooks a quiet and bright courtyard. The heating is individual electric.

Guest access

The apartment is located in a secure building. It is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. The building does not have an elevator. There is no parking available.

Guest interaction

We will warmly welcome you from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival to walk you through the apartment and answer any questions. Our team remains available throughout your stay to assist you. Check-out is self-managed, before 11:00 AM, with key drop-off at a nearby partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

The 11th arrondissement is one of the most lively and authentic neighbourhoods in Paris. Just a short walk away, you'll find the Place de la Bastille and its Opera House, the famous Aligre market, and the buzzing Oberkampf and Ménilmontant boulevards, known for their cafés, restaurants, and nightlife. The historic Marais district, with its art galleries, trendy boutiques, and lively squares, is also within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, grocery stores, bistros, and everyday shops for a comfortable and immersive Parisian experience.

Transport

The apartment benefits from easy access to public transport. The metro stations Saint-Sébastien – Froissart (line 8) and Richard-Lenoir (line 5) are just a few minutes' walk away, offering quick connections to Opéra, République, Nation, and Gare de Lyon. Bus line 96 also runs nearby.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11:00 AM. To make your departure easy, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, we offer a late self check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, keys will be made available at a 24/7 partner relay point, for a small fee of €10.
