Charming apartment near Batignolles

Stay in a 60 m² apartment nestled within a private villa in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this well-equipped home offers a calm, residential atmosphere while remaining just minutes from the lively Batignolles area and the heights of Montmartre.

The space

This 60 m² apartment, located in a building from the 1950s–60s, features two separate bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with a double bed (140 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. A living room, an independent kitchen, and a laptop workspace complete the apartment. Equipment includes an oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, TV, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and a fan. Heating is collective gas. The apartment is dual-aspect.

Guest access

The apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence. It is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs. The building does not have an elevator. There is no parking available on site.

We will warmly welcome you from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival to show you around and answer any questions. Our team remains available throughout your stay to assist you with anything you need. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11:00 AM, with key drop-off at a nearby partner relay point, the address of which will be provided.

The neighborhood

Villa Lantiez is a quiet, residential address in the 17th arrondissement, set in a lively and welcoming area. The Batignolles neighbourhood, known for its Saturday organic market, trendy cafés, and neighbourhood restaurants, is just a short walk away. The Square des Batignolles offers a lovely green space for a breath of fresh air. Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur are also easily reachable, and everyday amenities — bakeries, supermarkets, and specialty food shops — are plentiful in the area.

Transport

Several metro stations are within walking distance. Guy Môquet (line 13) and Brochant (line 13) provide quick connections to Saint-Lazare, Montparnasse, and Gare du Nord. La Fourche station (line 13) is also nearby. Several bus lines serve the area, making it easy to get around Paris.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11:00 AM. To make your departure easy, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, we offer a late self check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, keys will be made available at a 24/7 partner relay point, for a small fee of €10.
