The space

This apartment of 130 m 2, in a Haussmanian building facing South-West, includes three bedrooms: a bedroom with queen-size bed with its own bathroom with shower, a room with a bed for 10 year old child and a room with two single beds. An additional bathroom with bath and separate toilet complete the set. The accommodation also has a living room, a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. Among other equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities, TV, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, baby cot, high chair and laptop workspace. The heating is individual electric.

Guest access

The apartment is located in a secure building with a caretaker. It is located on the 3rd floor. The building is equipped with an elevator. There is no parking available on site.

We will warmly welcome you from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival to show you around and answer any questions. Our team remains available throughout your stay for any assistance you may need. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11:00 AM, with key drop-off at a nearby partner relay point, the address of which will be provided.

The neighborhood

Boulevard Malesherbes is one of the most elegant avenues in the 17th arrondissement. Just a short walk away, the beautiful Parc Monceau provides a lush green setting perfect for a morning stroll. Everyday amenities — bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies — are easily accessible nearby. The neighbourhood has a calm, residential feel while remaining well-connected and close to the lively Ternes and Wagram areas, with their markets, restaurants, and boutiques. An ideal setting for a family stay or a trip with friends in Paris.

Transport

The apartment is well served by public transport. Malesherbes metro station (line 3) is just a few minutes' walk away, as is Wagram station (line 3). These lines offer quick connections to Opéra, République, and the Grands Boulevards shopping area. Several bus lines also serve the boulevard directly.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11:00 AM. To make your departure easy, keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided.
If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, we offer a late self check-in option, available until midnight. In this case, keys will be made available at a 24/7 partner relay point, for a small fee of €10.
