The space

As soon as you step through the door, you'll be greeted by a well‑kept interior where each room has its own character. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare a good breakfast before heading out, while the living room offers a welcoming space to unwind after a long day.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen‑size bed (160×200 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate WC, a living room and an equipped kitchen.
For your comfort, the kitchen features an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and wine glasses. You’ll also find a washing machine, dryer, iron with ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Entertainment is provided through a TV with satellite/cable and a stereo system. Radiators, hot water, WiFi, a fan, as well as bed linen and towels are available. A work desk and a laptop‑friendly workspace make it easy to stay productive.

The property benefits from professional cleaning between each stay, basic supplies, a private entrance, and is suitable for children and babies. It is a non‑smoking space. Please note that there is no parking available and no elevator, as the apartment is located on the 1st floor

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with secure access — there is no elevator, but the floor is easily accessible on foot. Once inside the residence, you will find your accommodation without difficulty thanks to the instructions we will send you before your arrival. The keys will be handed to you in person at check-in.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3 PM to hand over the keys and share all the tips you might need to make the most of your stay. Our team remains available throughout your visit — don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Check-out is self-managed before 11 AM, and the keys must be dropped off at a partner relay whose address we will provide you.

The 13th arrondissement is a buzzing, popular and creative neighbourhood. Just steps from the apartment, Avenue d'Italie is lined with shops, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants offering flavours from around the world — the vibrant Asian community brings a rare culinary richness, with numerous Asian restaurants and supermarkets within easy reach. The Maison Blanche area, quiet and residential, offers a pleasant contrast to the lively Place d'Italie, easily reachable on foot in about ten minutes. Culture lovers will appreciate the nearby Bibliothèque nationale de France François-Mitterrand and the artistic Butte-aux-Cailles neighbourhood. The banks of the Seine and Parc de Choisy are perfect for a refreshing stroll.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
