The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a secure residence, accessible through an interior courtyard and a keypad-secured entrance. A lift is available in the building to reach your floor effortlessly. All practical information for accessing the apartment will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We love welcoming our guests in person and will be there to hand over the keys and answer any questions from 3pm onwards. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you need anything. On the morning of departure, check-out is done independently before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you in advance.

The neighborhood

Avenue de Flandre is one of the lively thoroughfares of the 19th arrondissement, lined with local shops, bakeries and grocery stores all within walking distance. A few minutes away, Parc de la Villette — one of Paris's largest green spaces — offers lawns, the Cité des Sciences, the Philharmonie de Paris and open-air festivals depending on the season. The Canal de l'Ourcq is also right nearby, perfect for a stroll along the water, with its open-air bars and barges. The Bassin de la Villette, a few metro stops away, is one of the liveliest spots in the area during summer. The neighbourhood blends authentic local atmosphere with cultural energy, with a diverse range of restaurants that reflect the true spirit of Paris.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
