Welcome to this bright, cross-ventilated 90m² apartment on the 4th floor of a 19th-century building in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. Natural light fills the space from both sides, creating a warm and peaceful atmosphere that makes you want to settle in straight away. You are in one of the most beautiful and serene neighbourhoods in Paris, just a short stroll from iconic landmarks.

The space

The apartment offers an elegant and warm setting, typical of the Haussmann-style buildings of the 7th arrondissement. The living spaces are well laid out, the rooms are generously sized, and the dual aspect brings light and freshness throughout the day.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: the first features a queen-size bed (140 cm) with an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second offers a king-size bed (180 cm). For bathrooms, a shared bathroom with a bathtub and toilet is available, along with a separate WC.

Two fully equipped kitchen areas make cooking a pleasure, with an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. Wine glasses and basic pantry staples are also provided.

All bed linen and towels are included, and the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. A hairdryer and hangers are also available. To relax or work, you will enjoy a TV, WiFi connection and a dedicated laptop workspace.

The apartment is heated by electric radiators and has hot water throughout. Professional cleaning is carried out between each stay, and the apartment is perfectly suited to families with babies and young children. The entrance is private and independent.

Please note: smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and no parking is available on site.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 19th-century building, accessible by stairs only — there is no elevator. Access is through a secure entry with a digital keypad. Once on the floor, the apartment door is opened with a key provided in the key set given to you upon arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you have any questions or need assistance. Check-out is self-managed, before 11am, with keys to be dropped off at a partner relay whose address will be provided in advance.

The neighborhood

Rue de Bourgogne is a sought-after address in the 7th arrondissement — quiet, residential, and steps away from everything that makes this neighbourhood so special. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find the Musée Rodin with its beautiful sculpted garden, the Hôtel des Invalides with its golden dome, and the covered market on Rue Cler, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a spontaneous picnic. Boulevard Saint-Germain is also close by, with its legendary cafés, bookshops and lively terraces. The neighbourhood is dotted with charming local addresses — neighbourhood bistros, artisan bakeries and fine food shops — for delicious moments at every turn.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
