The space
As soon as you step through the door, you are welcomed by an apartment that is both functional and warm. The dual aspect ensures beautiful natural light throughout the day, and the access to the private 60 m² garden brings that touch of greenery you wouldn't necessarily expect in the heart of the 18th arrondissement.
The apartment is organised around two bedrooms — one with a queen-size bed (160 cm), the other with two single beds (80x200 cm) —, a living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The private 60 m² garden is undoubtedly the highlight of the property — a rare and charming asset in this part of Paris.
The second bedroom (two single beds) is accessible via a narrow and steep internal staircase. For safety reasons, the property is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. We strongly recommend that all guests take care on this staircase to avoid any risk of falling.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking in: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender, as well as wine glasses for well-deserved evenings in. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and hangers.
To relax or work, you will find a TV with satellite/cable channels, a hi-fi system, a dedicated laptop space and a desk. The apartment has WiFi, central heating via radiators, hot water and a fan for the warmest days.
A professional clean is carried out between each stay. The apartment is non-smoking and suitable for families with children aged 14 and over. Please note: no parking is available on site.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building, accessible via a badge entry from the street. There is no lift, but none is needed here — you arrive directly at ground level. Detailed access instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.
Guest interaction
We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3 pm to hand over the keys, share a few tips about the neighbourhood and answer your initial questions. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you need any help or information. Check-out is self-managed before 11 am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided in advance.
The neighborhood
Rue Lepic is one of Montmartre's most lively and charming thoroughfares. In the morning, you will find the market that fills the lower end of the street, with its stalls of cheeses, fruit and flowers. As you head up, you will discover the cobbled lanes climbing towards the butte, the hidden staircases, the small squares and the artists' studios that give this village-within-a-city its unique character. Place du Tertre with its street painters, the Sacré-Cœur basilica and its panoramic views over Paris are less than ten minutes away on foot. For everyday needs, everything is on your doorstep: bakeries, grocery shops, neighbourhood cafés, restaurants, wine bars — including a few unmissable addresses we will gladly share with you. In the evening, the lights of Place Pigalle and Boulevard de Clichy are also just around the corner for those wishing to carry the night a little further.

Other things to note
We welcome you in person between 3 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11 am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided to you.
Should you plan to arrive after 8 pm, we offer the option of a self-managed late check-in, up to midnight at the latest. In this case, the keys will be made available at a partner relay point open 24/7, for a small fee of €10.

Cancellation policy
1) Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: full refund (100% of the amount paid).
2) Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: partial refund (50% of the price of the nights). Service fees remain payable.
3) Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund.
Deadlines are calculated according to the time zone of the accommodation.
In the case of payment in installments, the refund (or remaining balance) is based on the total amount of the reservation, not on the amounts already paid.
