The space

As soon as you open the door, you'll be greeted by an apartment that is both functional and warm. The cross-ventilated layout ensures beautiful natural light throughout the day, and the garden access adds that touch of greenery you wouldn't necessarily expect in the middle of the 18th arrondissement.

The apartment is thoughtfully arranged around a single comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an independent WC. The private garden is undoubtedly the highlight of the space — a rare and charming feature in this part of Paris.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender, as well as wine glasses for those well-deserved evening moments. All bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machine, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and hangers.

To relax or get some work done, you'll find a TV with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system, a dedicated laptop workspace and a work desk. The apartment is connected with WiFi throughout, heated by radiators, and benefits from hot water and a fan for warmer days.

Professional cleaning is carried out between each stay. The apartment is non-smoking and perfectly suited to families with babies and young children. Please note that no parking is available on site.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building, accessible via a badge entry from the street. There is no lift, but that is no issue here — you arrive on the ground floor directly. Detailed access instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys, share a few tips about the neighbourhood and answer your first questions. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you need any help or information. Check-out is self-managed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay point whose address will be shared with you in advance.

The neighborhood

Rue Lepic is one of the most lively and endearing streets in Montmartre. In the morning, you'll find the market that animates the lower part of the street, with its stalls of cheeses, fruit and flowers. As you head up, you'll discover the cobbled lanes climbing towards the Butte, the hidden staircases, small squares and artists' studios that give this village-within-a-city its unique character. The Place du Tertre with its street painters, the Sacré-Cœur basilica and its panoramic views over Paris are less than ten minutes on foot. For everyday needs, everything is right there: bakeries, grocery shops, neighbourhood cafés, restaurants, wine bars — including a few unmissable addresses we'll happily share with you. In the evening, the lights of Place Pigalle and Boulevard de Clichy are just around the corner for those who wish to extend the night.
