Welcome to this bright 63 m² apartment, nestled on the 5th floor of a peaceful Parisian residence in the 13th arrondissement. Facing south-east, it enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day — perfect for recharging after a day of exploring Paris.

The space

The apartment has a calm and restful atmosphere, with well-arranged spaces and soft light that flows through the living room all the way to the balcony. Facing south-east, the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine. The two bedrooms are separate, offering a welcome sense of privacy whether you are travelling as a couple, with friends or as a family.

The apartment is organised around two distinct bedrooms: the first has a king-size bed (180 cm) and the second a double bed (140 cm). The bright and comfortable living room opens directly onto the balcony. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, complemented by a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and wine glasses. All bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment has a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. Basic pantry staples are also available.

For relaxing, the living room is equipped with a TV with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system, a streaming service and a selection of books. A dedicated laptop workspace and WiFi also make it easy to work comfortably. The apartment is heated by collective gas central heating with radiators, and has a fan for warmer days as well as a hairdryer. The property is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Please note that no parking is available on site.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift, accessible through a secure entrance. You will access the property independently using the detailed instructions sent to you before your arrival. Entry is through an inner courtyard, via building A.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3 pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions or help if needed. On the morning of departure, check-out is fully independent and must be completed before 11 am — simply drop the keys at our partner relay point, the address of which will be shared with you in advance.

The neighborhood

The 13th arrondissement is a lively, cosmopolitan neighbourhood that many tourists overlook — which is precisely what makes it so charming. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Asian quarter with its restaurants, grocery stores and colourful shops along Avenue de Choisy and Rue de Tolbiac. The Seine and its landscaped riverbanks, perfect for a stroll or a bike ride, are also easily reachable from the apartment. The iconic Bibliothèque Nationale de France François Mitterrand, an architectural landmark, stands about 5 minutes away on foot and regularly hosts exhibitions open to the public. For a breath of fresh air, the Parc de Choisy and the redesigned riverbanks offer lovely green escapes. The neighbourhood is also full of great places to eat: traditional Parisian bistros, authentic Asian restaurants and trendy cafés sit alongside local grocery shops for a quick shop.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
