Welcome to this modern 72m² apartment, located in the heart of Clichy-sur-Seine, just steps from the metro and all the neighbourhood's amenities. Built after 2020, the apartment benefits from a north-east orientation that brings soft, consistent light throughout the day. Perfect for two couples, a family or a small group, it combines contemporary comfort and practicality for a great stay near Paris.

The space

From the moment you step inside, you can sense the care that has gone into this well-maintained modern apartment: the spaces are clearly defined, the rooms are generously sized, and the overall feel is clean and orderly. The north-east light creates a soft, cosy atmosphere that is pleasant in all seasons, and the living room serves as a natural gathering point — a welcoming place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.

The apartment is organised around two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a comfortable living room, two bathrooms — one with a bathtub, the other with a shower and toilet — along with a separate WC and an independent kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster all at your disposal. In the living room, you'll enjoy a TV with satellite/cable access, a stereo system and a streaming service for relaxed evenings in. On the practical side, the apartment has a washing machine, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, and all bed linen and towels are provided, along with basic pantry staples. The apartment is accessible for guests with reduced mobility and perfectly suited to families with babies and young children. Please note that no parking is available on site.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure residence, accessible via an inner courtyard and a shared entrance hall. A lift is available to reach the floor with ease. Access is self-managed through a secure system, and full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm onwards to hand over the keys and share all the tips you need to make the most of your stay. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist you if needed. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11am, with keys dropped off at a partner relay point whose address will be shared with you in advance.

The neighborhood

Clichy-sur-Seine is a vibrant town on the doorstep of Paris, often overlooked by travellers yet full of character. The apartment is just a short walk from the Mairie de Clichy, in a lively area lined with shops, bakeries and restaurants. Rue Martre, the main high street, is within easy reach for shopping or a coffee on a terrace. The Seine flows just a few minutes away on foot, offering lovely walks along the redeveloped riverbanks. Parc Roger Salengro, a green space much loved by locals, is also within walking distance for a breath of fresh air. For evenings out, the cinemas and restaurants along Rue de Paris round off a well-equipped neighbourhood life.

Transport

Mairie de Clichy metro station (line 13) is just 2 minutes' walk from the apartment, allowing you to reach Saint-Lazare in a few stops and the entire Paris network with ease.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
