Welcome to this cozy studio located in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, on the famous Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, in a quiet building overlooking a courtyard. Facing south, the studio benefits from beautiful natural light throughout the day — a real asset in a city like Paris. The 19th-century building gives it an authentic charm that you will appreciate as soon as you arrive.
The space
As soon as you step in, a soft and luminous atmosphere welcomes you. The well-thought-out layout of this 26 m² apartment makes the most of every space without feeling cramped. The south-facing orientation guarantees lovely natural light, even in winter.
The accommodation includes:

A bathroom with a shower and toilet
On the kitchen side, you have access to an oven, a microwave, a stove, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a blender, and wine glasses — everything you need to prepare your meals or simply make yourself a coffee in the morning. The living room is equipped with a fan, a TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player for your relaxing evenings.
For practicality, you will find a washing machine, ironing equipment, bed linens and towels provided, as well as a workspace for a laptop. The apartment does not have parking.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building accessible through a secure entrance and an inner courtyard. There is no lift — access is by stairs only. Once on the landing, you'll easily find your door thanks to the detailed instructions we'll send you before your arrival.
Guest interaction
We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3 pm to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. Throughout your stay, our team remains available and reachable should you need anything. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11 am: simply drop the keys off at a partner relay point, the address of which we'll share with you in advance.
The neighborhood
Faubourg Saint-Denis is one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Paris. The street itself is a real spectacle: colourful markets, late-night grocery shops, restaurants from around the world and historic brasseries all coexist side by side. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Porte Saint-Denis, a 17th-century triumphal arch, and the Porte Saint-Martin — two iconic monuments that speak to the neighbourhood's rich history. The Grands Boulevards, with their cinemas, theatres and lively terraces, are reachable in under ten minutes on foot. In the other direction, the Canal Saint-Martin and its leafy quays offer a more peaceful escape, perfect for a Sunday morning stroll. The neighbourhood is full of great spots: Bouillon Julien for a classic Parisian dinner, the many trendy cafés along Rue du Château d'Eau, and the Marché du Carreau du Temple just a few minutes away.
Transport
The apartment is exceptionally well connected: Strasbourg – Saint-Denis station (lines 4, 8 and 9) is just a 2-minute walk away, giving you access to a large part of Paris in just a few stops. Bonne Nouvelle station (lines 8 and 9) is about 4 minutes on foot, and Château d'Eau (line 4) is 5 minutes away, offering even more flexibility for getting around.

Cancellation policy
1) Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: full refund (100% of the amount paid).
2) Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: partial refund (50% of the price of the nights). Service fees remain payable.
3) Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund.
Deadlines are calculated according to the time zone of the accommodation.
In the case of payment in installments, the refund (or remaining balance) is based on the total amount of the reservation, not on the amounts already paid.
