Welcome to this warm 60m² apartment, nestled in the heart of the 10th arrondissement, on one of the most lively and authentic streets in Paris. South-east facing, it enjoys beautiful natural light in the mornings and is part of a charming 19th-century Haussmann building.

The space

As soon as you open the door, you'll be welcomed by a bright and well-laid-out interior, where the south-east light floods the main rooms from the early morning. The living room and kitchen form a pleasant and functional living space, perfect for relaxing after a day of Parisian adventures.

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook: oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender are all at your disposal. For daily needs, a washing machine, ironing equipment, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are provided, along with a dedicated workspace for your laptop. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building equipped with a lift, making it very easy to access. Entry to the building is secured, and we will send you all the necessary information to get in independently before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm onwards to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions. On the morning of your departure, check-out is done independently before 11am: simply drop the keys at our partner relay, whose address will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

Rue du Château d'Eau is one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan streets in the 10th arrondissement. Just a short walk away, the Canal Saint-Martin invites you to stroll along its tree-lined banks, past locks, iron footbridges and the terraces of trendy cafés. The neighbourhood is full of great addresses: Indian and Caribbean restaurants along Boulevard de Strasbourg, artisan bakeries, delis and local bistros abound. The Portes Saint-Denis and Saint-Martin, true Parisian landmarks, can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. For groceries, several supermarkets and local markets are easily within reach.

Transport

The apartment is exceptionally well connected: Jacques Bonsergent station (line 5) is just a 2-minute walk away, while Château d'Eau station (line 4) is reachable in under 4 minutes, and Strasbourg – Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9) is about 5 minutes on foot, giving you quick access to the whole of Paris.
