The space
Entirely redesigned by an architect, the apartment looks out onto a south-facing interior courtyard, ensuring complete tranquillity and beautiful natural light throughout the day. The high ceilings typical of older Parisian buildings add to the sense of space and elegance.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by lift. Entry is through a secure door — by button or code — using the left-hand door. All practical instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.
Guest interaction
We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay should you have any questions or need assistance. Check-out is self-service before 11am — simply drop the keys at a partner relay point, the address of which will be provided in advance.
The neighborhood
The 10th arrondissement is one of Paris's most vibrant and authentic neighbourhoods. From Rue du Château d'Eau, you're just a few minutes' walk from the Canal Saint-Martin, with its tree-lined quays, picturesque locks and a wealth of trendy cafés, brasseries and restaurants. Rue de Lancry and Quai de Valmy are home to a great selection of fashionable spots, from coffee shops to neighbourhood bistros. Nearby, you'll also find the covered Marché de l'Aqueduc and the lively Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Denis, lined with grocers, bakeries and restaurants from around the world. The Grands Boulevards — with their cinemas, theatres and iconic brasseries — are just a short walk away.
Transport
The apartment is ideally connected: Jacques Bonsergent station (line 5) is just a 2-minute walk away, giving you direct access to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Château d'Eau station (line 4) is around 4 minutes away, and Strasbourg – Saint-Denis (lines 4, 8 and 9) is 5 minutes away, making it easy to reach the centre of Paris and all major transport hubs.
Other things to note
Check-in in person between 3pm and 8pm. Self check-out before 11am — keys to be dropped at a partner relay point (address provided in advance). Late arrival after 8pm is possible until midnight via self check-in at a 24/7 partner relay point, for a small fee of €10.
