Welcome to this bright and well-organized 33 m² apartment, nestled on the 7th floor of a building with a lift in the lively 12th arrondissement. Its east-facing orientation fills the flat with morning sunlight, and the balcony is the perfect spot to start the day gently, with an open view over the Parisian rooftops.
The space
As soon as you step in, you'll notice a calm and settled atmosphere, far from the urban rush, with beautiful natural light flowing through the apartment each morning. The space is cleverly laid out to offer comfort and practicality in a cosy 33 m² format.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home: fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are all there. The living room features a TV and stereo system for relaxing evenings, as well as a laptop-friendly workspace. For everyday needs, a washing machine, ironing equipment, bed linen and towels are provided, and a professional cleaning service is carried out between each stay. Please note there is no parking available for this apartment.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a secure building, accessible via a double-door badge entry system. A lift takes you directly to your floor, making arrival with luggage very easy. The apartment entrance is private and located directly on the landing when you arrive.

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share all the tips you need to make the most of your stay. Our team remains available and responsive throughout your stay should you have any questions. Check-out is self-service before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address we'll share with you in advance.
The neighborhood
You're in the 12th arrondissement, a Parisian neighbourhood that is both residential and lively, having preserved a true village feel while embracing new cultural and gastronomic spaces. A few minutes' walk away, the Cour Saint-Émilion welcomes you with its old wine warehouses converted into restaurants, trendy shops and a cinema, at the heart of the Bercy district. The Parc de Bercy, right next door, is perfect for a morning stroll or a picnic. For nature lovers, the Bois de Vincennes — Paris's largest green space — is easily accessible for a jog, a boat ride or a visit to the Château de Vincennes. The rue de Charenton itself is lined with everyday shops: bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies — everything you need is right there.
Transport
Dugommier metro station (line 6) is about a 5-minute walk away, offering quick access to Nation, Montparnasse and central Paris. Daumesnil station (lines 6 and 8) is reachable in 6-7 minutes on foot and opens up many additional connections. Finally, Cour Saint-Émilion station (line 14) is also around 7 minutes away, with high-frequency services towards Saint-Lazare and Olympiades.

1) Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: full refund (100% of the amount paid).
2) Cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival: partial refund (50% of the price of the nights). Service fees remain payable.
3) Cancellation less than 2 weeks before arrival: no refund.
Deadlines are calculated according to the time zone of the accommodation.
In the case of payment in installments, the refund (or remaining balance) is based on the total amount of the reservation, not on the amounts already paid.
