Provided: washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment, bed linen and towels, WiFi, fan, wardrobe with hangers, books, basic supplies. The flat has a balcony and a terrace. Individual electric heating. Disabled access available. No parking is associated with this property.

The flat is on the 4th floor of a building equipped with a lift. Access is via a secure entrance with an airlock. Full practical details will be provided after booking.

Guest interaction

Our team welcomes you in person from 3 pm to hand over the keys and show you around the flat. We remain available throughout your stay for any questions. Check-out is self-service: leave the flat before 11 am and drop the keys at our partner relay point, the address of which will be provided.

The neighborhood

The flat is ideally situated in the Charonne–Alexandre Dumas neighbourhood, on the border of the 11th and 20th arrondissements — a lively area popular with Parisians. A short walk away you will find the covered Marché des Vignoles (rue des Vignoles), perfect for morning shopping, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants along rue de Bagnolet and rue de Charonne. The Père-Lachaise Cemetery, one of the most beautiful and famous in the world, is a 15-minute walk away. The Coulée Verte (Promenade Plantée) is just a few metro stops away for those who enjoy outdoor walks. The neighbourhood offers a great selection of bakeries, grocery shops and local restaurants within a 5-minute radius.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. The check-out, meanwhile, is done independently and must be done before 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, whose address will be provided to you.
If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small contribution of 10€.
