Cosy apartment near the Panthéon

Welcome to this warm apartment nestled in the heart of the Latin Quarter, one of the most iconic and vibrant neighbourhoods in Paris. Ideally located on Rue de l'École Polytechnique, just a few minutes' walk from the Panthéon and the Sorbonne, this home offers an authentic immersion into historic Paris.

The space

Situated on the 5th floor of a 19th-century building, this 45 m² apartment enjoys a north-east orientation that fills it with pleasant morning light and a calm, restful atmosphere throughout the day. The layout is designed to offer a comfortable and functional living space, blending old-world charm with modern convenience.

The apartment comprises the following rooms:
- Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), private WC and queen-size bed (160 cm)
- Fitted kitchen
- Living room

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. The living room features a television for your evenings in, and the individual gas heating system with radiators ensures a comfortable temperature year-round. For laundry, a washing machine, ironing equipment, bed linen and towels are all provided, along with a hairdryer. Please note that the apartment does not have a parking space.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building without a lift, accessible by stairs. Entry is via a secure entrance, and detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys, show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you need any assistance or recommendations. Check-out is self-managed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address we will provide.

The neighborhood

Rue de l'École Polytechnique is a characterful, cobbled and peaceful street set in one of Paris's most historically rich areas. Just steps away, the majestic Panthéon stands tall, and Rue Soufflot leads straight to the Jardin du Luxembourg. Boulevard Saint-Germain, less than 5 minutes on foot, is lined with historic brasseries, independent bookshops and boutiques. The banks of the Seine, reachable on foot in about ten minutes, offer lovely walks along the river with stunning views of Notre-Dame de Paris and the Île de la Cité. The neighbourhood hosts the Maubert market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, a great spot to pick up fresh local produce. Around Rue des Écoles and Rue de la Montagne-Sainte-Geneviève, you'll find a lively mix of restaurants, wine bars and charming bistros.

Transport

The neighbourhood is very well connected by public transport: Maubert - Mutualité station (line 10) is approximately 3-4 minutes' walk away, as is Cardinal Lemoine (line 10) at around 4 minutes. Cluny - La Sorbonne station (line 10) is about 6 minutes on foot, providing an additional handy connection to reach Saint-Michel or Jussieu.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
