Welcome to this bright apartment in the 15th arrondissement, ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower. Situated on the 6th floor with a lift, it enjoys a west-facing orientation that fills the rooms with beautiful late-day light — perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

The space

From the moment you step inside, you'll feel a calm and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to slow down. This well-laid-out 40 m² apartment offers a clear separation between living and sleeping areas, with west-facing windows that let the evening light pour in naturally.

- Living room to relax and recharge
- Bathroom with bathtub and WC
- Separate kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. In the living room, a TV with satellite/cable access, a streaming service, DVD player, games console and stereo system make for great evenings in. For day-to-day comfort, a washing machine, ironing equipment, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are all provided. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building with lift access, making arrivals with luggage very easy. Entry to the building is secured, and the apartment door is opened with a key handed over upon your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you have any questions or need assistance. Check-out is autonomous and must be completed before 11am, simply by dropping the keys at a partner relay whose address will be provided.

The neighborhood

The Grenelle neighbourhood in the 15th arrondissement is a lively and authentically Parisian area. Rue Saint-Saëns is just steps from the Boulevard de Grenelle, lined with local shops, bakeries and everyday cafés. The Boulevard de Grenelle open-air market — one of the largest in Paris — takes place twice a week just minutes away on foot. The Seine and its landscaped riverbanks are easily reachable for a stroll, and the Eiffel Tower is visible from the surrounding streets — a sight that never gets old. The Champ-de-Mars, the Trocadéro museums and the lively Suffren area are all within a 15-minute walk.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Bir-Hakeim metro station (line 6) is about 2 minutes' walk away, giving you direct access to central Paris and major landmarks. The RER C station Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel is less than 5 minutes on foot, perfect for reaching Versailles, Orsay or Gare d'Austerlitz. Dupleix metro station (line 6) is also accessible in around 5 minutes.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
