Nestled in the heart of the 19th arrondissement, this 33m² apartment offers a peaceful and well-connected base for exploring Paris. West-facing, it enjoys beautiful golden light in the late afternoon — perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

The space

From the moment you step inside, the apartment reveals a warm and functional atmosphere, with a well-thought-out layout that makes the most of every square metre. The evening light fills the living room, creating a soft and soothing ambiance, ideal for settling in after a day in the city.

The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher — everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The living room is comfortable with WiFi access, and the apartment has individual electric heating for year-round comfort. For everyday needs, a washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and basic toiletries are all provided. Please note: there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Entry is via a secure, digicode-protected courtyard, then up a bright, glass-enclosed stairwell. All the practical details for accessing the apartment will be shared with you upon booking confirmation.

Guest interaction

We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Throughout your stay, our team remains available to answer any questions or assist you if needed — don't hesitate to reach out. Check-out is self-managed before 11am, with keys to be dropped off at a partner relay whose address will be provided in advance.

The neighborhood

Avenue de Flandre is the main artery of the Villette neighbourhood — lively and lined with bakeries, grocery shops, cafés and restaurants just steps from your door. A few minutes' walk away, the Canal de l'Ourcq invites you to stroll along its bustling banks, while the Parc de la Villette — one of Paris's largest green spaces — offers gardens, playgrounds and a rich cultural programme including the Philharmonie de Paris, the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Zénith. The neighbourhood is also dotted with local restaurants and weekly markets that give this corner of the 19th a genuine, authentic character, far from the tourist crowds.

Transport

The apartment is ideally served by the metro: Riquet station (line 7) is just 45 metres away — less than a minute on foot — giving you direct access to central Paris. Crimée station (also line 7) is a 4-minute walk away (307m), and Stalingrad station (lines 2, 5 and 7) is about 6 minutes away (513m), offering even more connections across the city.

Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
