Welcome to this bright apartment perched on the 18th floor, where a sweeping view over the Parisian rooftops will greet you upon arrival. Located on rue de la Santé in the 13th arrondissement, it offers a peaceful setting, well connected and ideally placed to explore Paris at your own pace.

The space

Facing due south and benefiting from the generous ceiling heights typical of buildings from this era, the apartment is bathed in natural light throughout the day. The 70 m² are well laid out, with a clear separation between living areas and bedrooms, making it as comfortable for a couple as for a small family.

- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160 cm wide)
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 cm wide)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
- Separate kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender are all at your disposal. To relax, you'll enjoy a TV with satellite or cable access, a stereo system and a DVD player. The apartment also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer and ironing equipment, as well as bed linen and towels provided. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 18th floor, accessible by lift — making arrival very easy even with luggage. Access to the building is via a secure badge-entry system, and you will receive full detailed instructions before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the apartment and the neighbourhood. Throughout your stay, our team remains available to answer any questions or help if needed. Check-out is self-managed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address will be provided in advance.

The neighborhood

The Santé neighbourhood in the 13th arrondissement is a residential, leafy area that Parisians love for its calm and authenticity. Just steps from the apartment, you'll find plenty of local shops along rue de la Santé and boulevard Auguste Blanqui: bakeries, grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Boulevard Arago, lined with century-old plane trees, is perfect for a stroll, while Parc Montsouris — one of the most beautiful parks in the capital — is just a few minutes' walk away. The Panthéon, the Luxembourg Gardens and Place Denfert-Rochereau are also within easy reach by metro or bike, making this an ideal base for exploring the Left Bank.

Transport

Glacière station (line 6) is just 2 minutes away on foot, allowing you to reach Nation, Montparnasse or the Eiffel Tower quickly without changing trains. Saint-Jacques station (also line 6) is a 5-minute walk and offers a practical alternative depending on your direction.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
