The space
With its south-facing orientation and high ceilings typical of buildings from this era, the apartment is filled with generous natural light throughout the day. The 70 m² are well laid out, with a clear separation between living areas and bedrooms, making it equally comfortable for a couple or a small family.

The apartment also includes a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, as well as provided bed linens and towels. There is no parking available for this property.

The apartment is located on the 18th floor and is accessible by elevator — making arrival easy, even with luggage. Entry to the residence is secured with a badge, and you will receive all detailed instructions before your arrival.

We will be happy to welcome you in person from 3 p.m. to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the apartment and the neighborhood. Throughout your stay, our team remains available to answer your questions or assist you if needed. Check-out is self‑service before 11 a.m.: simply drop the keys at a partner relay point, whose address will be provided in advance.
The neighborhood
The Santé neighborhood, in the 13th arrondissement, is a quiet and leafy residential area appreciated by Parisians for its authenticity. Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find many local shops along Rue de la Santé and Boulevard Auguste Blanqui: bakeries, grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Boulevard Arago, lined with century-old plane trees, is perfect for a stroll, while Parc Montsouris — one of the most beautiful parks in Paris — is only a few minutes’ walk away. The Panthéon, Luxembourg Gardens and Place Denfert‑Rochereau are also easily accessible by metro or bike, making this an ideal starting point to explore the Left Bank.
Transport
Glacière station (line 6) is just a 2‑minute walk away, allowing quick access to Nation, Montparnasse or the Eiffel Tower without transfers. Saint‑Jacques station (also line 6) is a 5‑minute walk away and offers a convenient alternative depending on your direction.
Other things to note
We welcome guests in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check‑out is self‑service and must be completed before 11 a.m. To simplify your departure, the keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, whose address will be provided.
If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer the option of a late self check‑in until midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available in a 24/7 partner relay point, with a small €10 contribution.
