Welcome to Rachel, a characterful apartment located on the first floor of an Art Deco building in the heart of Paris's 18th arrondissement. Just steps from Montmartre, Sacré-Cœur and the lively Boulevard de Clichy, you'll be perfectly placed to explore one of the most iconic neighbourhoods in Paris.

The space

With its 35 m² of well-designed space and east-facing orientation, the apartment enjoys lovely morning light that gives the home a soft and restful atmosphere. The compact yet functional layout will allow you to settle in comfortably, whether you're travelling as a couple or with friends.

- Bedroom: 1 queen-size bed (160 cm)
- Living room: 1 double sofa bed (140 cm)
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with shower and WC

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your own meals: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster are all at your disposal. For relaxing evenings, you'll enjoy a TV with satellite/cable access and a stereo system in the living room. On the practical side, the apartment has a washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, bed linen and towels provided, as well as a laptop workspace — ideal if you're travelling for work. Please note there is no parking available at this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the first floor of an Art Deco building, accessible via a secure entrance and an inner courtyard. Access is by stairs — there is no lift. A set of keys will be handed to you so you can come and go freely throughout your stay.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions. Check-out is self-managed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address will be shared with you.

The neighborhood

Avenue Rachel enjoys a particularly well-placed address, right at the foot of the Montmartre hill. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Place du Tertre with its street artists, the Sacré-Cœur with its sweeping views over Paris, or the famous Moulin Rouge on Boulevard de Clichy. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, lively cafés and typically Parisian restaurants. The Rue Lepic market, art galleries and cobbled lanes of the Butte make this area a must for lovers of authentic Paris.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Blanche station (line 2) is just a 3-minute walk away, while Place de Clichy station (lines 2 and 13) is around 4 minutes on foot, offering quick connections across Paris. La Fourche station (line 13) is approximately 6 minutes' walk away.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
