Charming studio near Montmartre

Welcome to this characterful Parisian studio, nestled in a 19th-century building in the heart of the 17th arrondissement. Facing west, it enjoys lovely light in the late afternoon and a calm, soothing atmosphere — away from tourist crowds yet just minutes from some of Paris's finest attractions.

The space

The natural light that invades the apartment is pleasant in the evening thanks to its western orientation, and an intimate atmosphere that invites you to rest. The accommodation, although compact with its 25m 2, smartly takes advantage of each space to offer you a comfortable stay and make this charming pied-à-terre the perfect place to explore the capital.

The apartment includes:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm wide)
- A living room with a sofa bed (150x230cm)
- A separate kitchen
- A bathroom with shower and WC

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your meals: a stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, blender and coffee machine. Electric radiators provide individual heating in the living area. For day-to-day needs, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, bed linen and towels are all provided. Please note the apartment does not have parking.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift, accessible via a secure badge entry. You'll walk through a peaceful inner courtyard before reaching the building entrance and climbing the stairs to your floor. Detailed instructions and access information will be shared with you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the apartment and neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay should you have any questions or need assistance. Check-out is self-managed before 11am, and keys are to be dropped off at a partner relay whose address will be provided in advance.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on Rue Bridaine, a quiet residential street in the 17th arrondissement, at the crossroads of the Batignolles and Europe neighbourhoods. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Square des Batignolles, a true green haven loved by Parisians, as well as Rue de Lévis and its famous covered market, perfect for a leisurely morning stroll. Food lovers will enjoy the many restaurants and bistros along Boulevard des Batignolles and the surrounding streets. Montmartre and its iconic hilltop are just a few metro stops away, and the grand department stores (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps) are easily reachable on foot or by metro. The neighbourhood blends residential calm with village-like life, complete with bakeries, grocery shops and cafés just around the corner.

Transport

The studio is very well connected: Rome metro station (line 2) is just a 5-minute walk away (372m), while La Fourche station (line 13) is a 6-minute walk (504m). Pont Cardinet train station, served by Transilien line L, is also 6 minutes on foot (504m), offering a quick link to Saint-Lazare and La Défense.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
