Nestled in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, this 42m² apartment immerses you in one of Paris's most iconic neighbourhoods. Rue Jean Ferrandi is a quiet, residential address — perfect for enjoying the vibrant energy of the area while coming home to a peaceful retreat each evening.

The space

Located on the 4th floor of a magnificent 19th-century building, the apartment boasts high ceilings typical of buildings on the left bank. Renovated, a soft and constant light makes it pleasant in all seasons. The layout is designed to maximize space on 42m 2, with well-defined rooms and an intimate atmosphere.

- Bathroom: shower and toilet
- Living room

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook just like at home: fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and kettle. The living room is comfortable with individual electric radiators for personalised heating. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a washing machine is available. A dedicated workspace with a desk is also available for those who need to work remotely. Please note there is no parking available at the property.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without a lift, accessible via a secure entrance with private access. Once inside, you'll reach the apartment by taking the stairs. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few local tips. Throughout your stay, our team remains available to answer any questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. Check-out is self-managed before 11am — simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address will be provided in advance.

The neighborhood

Rue Jean Ferrandi sits in a quiet corner of the 6th arrondissement, just a few minutes' walk from the lively atmosphere of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Boulevard du Montparnasse is nearby, as is Rue de Rennes with its many shops. Le Bon Marché, Paris's finest department store, is less than 10 minutes away on foot — ideal for shopping or strolling through La Grande Épicerie. The Luxembourg Gardens are also within easy walking distance, perfect for a morning jog or a picnic. The neighbourhood is full of cafés, bistros and restaurants: the nearby Rue du Cherche-Midi is renowned for its bakeries and must-visit gourmet addresses.

Transport

Vaneau station (line 10) is about a 3-minute walk away, and Saint-Placide (line 4) is reachable in 4 minutes, offering quick connections to Montparnasse, Châtelet or Odéon. Rennes station (line 12) is about a 5-minute walk, handy for reaching Montparnasse or the Madeleine directly.
