Welcome to this warm 35 m² apartment, nestled on the 4th floor of a quiet residence in Le Kremlin-Bicêtre, right on the doorstep of Paris. East-facing, it enjoys lovely morning light that makes waking up here a real pleasure. It's a simple, functional and well-maintained space, perfect for a couple, a solo traveller or a small family.

The space

As soon as you walk through the door, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of this bright apartment, flooded with natural light in the mornings thanks to its east-facing orientation. The layout is designed to make the most of every square metre while keeping a genuine sense of comfort and homeliness.

- Bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm)
- Living room: 1 convertible sofa bed (modular double bed 180x190 or 2 single beds 90x190 cm)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals without missing a thing: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are all here. In the living room, you'll enjoy a TV with satellite or cable access and a WiFi connection to stay connected as you please. The practical essentials are also covered: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen and towels provided. Please note there is no parking available for this apartment.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Entry to the residence is via a secure digital keypad, and you will then make your way through the inner courtyard to building A. Full instructions and access codes will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. Throughout your stay, our team remains available and reachable should you need any assistance. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay point, the address of which will be shared with you.

The neighborhood

Le Kremlin-Bicêtre is a lively, well-connected town right on the edge of Paris. Avenue de Fontainebleau itself is lined with everyday shops: bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants are all within walking distance. Heading towards Porte d'Italie, you enter the 13th arrondissement of Paris, with its bustling markets, many Asian restaurants and neighbourhood bistros. The leafy Parc Kellermann is also just a short stroll away. It's a vibrant, authentic area, ideal for experiencing real Parisian life away from the tourist trail.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Porte d'Italie station (line 7) is about 6 minutes on foot, allowing you to reach central Paris, Opéra or the Invalides in no time. Tramway T3a, also served at Porte d'Italie stop at the same distance, offers a convenient connection along the Boulevards des Maréchaux.

Other things to note

We welcome you in person between 3pm and 8pm. The check-out, meanwhile, is done independently and must be done before 11am. To simplify your departure, the keys must be deposited in a partner relay, whose address will be provided to you.
If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., we offer you the possibility of a late check-in on your own, up to a maximum of midnight. In this case, the keys will be made available to you in a partner relay open 24/7, for a small contribution of 10€.
