Cosy studio near Montmartre

Welcome to this south-facing studio, perched on the 4th floor of a 19th-century Haussmann-style building, just a short walk from the iconic Butte Montmartre. Natural light floods the space throughout the day, and the neighbourhood's warm, bohemian atmosphere is something you can feel the moment you open the window.

The space

Despite its 20m², the apartment has been thoughtfully optimised to provide all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. The full south-facing orientation ensures beautiful sunlight, making the space bright and enjoyable even in winter.

In the kitchen, you'll find a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and wine glasses — everything you need to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. For everyday comfort, the apartment features an electric radiator, a fan, a laptop workspace and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, a washing machine and hairdryer are available, and the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Please note there is no parking associated with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Entry is via a secure double digicode system. Once inside the building, simply head up to the 4th floor and take the door on the right.

Guest interaction

We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. Our team remains available throughout your stay should you need anything. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address we will provide.

The neighborhood

Rue Feutrier sits in one of the most authentic corners of the 18th arrondissement, halfway between the buzz of Place du Tertre and the lively neighbourhood feel of Rue Poulet. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find the Goutte d'Or market, the famous shops and restaurants of Rue des Martyrs, and the Halle Saint-Pierre with its art exhibitions. The Sacré-Cœur Basilica and its panoramic gardens are reachable in about ten minutes on foot, or even more easily via the Montmartre funicular, whose lower station is less than 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, grocery shops and small cafés to start your day on the right foot.

Transport

Château Rouge metro station (line 4) is about 3 minutes' walk away, offering direct access to central Paris. The Montmartre funicular is also accessible from its lower station in under 5 minutes, and its upper station in 4 minutes — perfect for reaching the Butte effortlessly.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
