Cosy appartment in Le Marais

Welcome to this bright 43 m² apartment, nestled on the 5th floor of a 19th-century building in the heart of Paris's 3rd arrondissement. Its south-west orientation fills the space with beautiful afternoon light, and its location between the historic Marais and Place de la République makes it an ideal base for exploring Paris on foot.

The space

As soon as you step inside, you'll feel the warmth of a carefully arranged interior bathed in natural light thanks to its south-west exposure. The apartment sits on the top floor of the building, offering peace, quiet and a sense of elevation above the Parisian bustle — a true retreat in the heart of the city.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender. The living room features a TV with satellite/cable access and a stereo system, and the apartment also has air conditioning and a fan for summer nights. For laundry and everyday needs, you'll find a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, as well as bed linen and towels provided. Please note: the apartment does not have parking.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building without a lift, accessible via a secure double-entry system. Once inside the building, simply climb the stairs to the top floor and follow the corridor to the apartment door. Full instructions and access details will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3 pm to hand over the keys and share any tips to help you make the most of your stay. During your stay, our team remains available should you have any questions or needs. Check-out is self-managed before 11 am — simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address we will provide.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the 3rd arrondissement, just steps from the Boulevard du Temple and its lively terraces. The Carreau du Temple, an iconic covered market converted into a cultural space, is just a few minutes' walk away, as is Rue de Bretagne and the famous Marché des Enfants Rouges, the oldest covered market in Paris. The Arts-et-Métiers neighbourhood, with its galleries, workshops and the Musée national des Arts et Métiers, is also within easy walking distance. In just a few minutes, you can reach the heart of Le Marais with its museums (Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet), designer boutiques and trendy restaurants. The lively Place de la République is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Transport

Temple metro station (line 3) is just a 3-minute walk away (233 m), and République station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11), a major hub on the Paris network, is only 4 minutes on foot (274 m); Filles du Calvaire station (line 8) is also around 4 minutes away (327 m).

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
