Ideally located between the Canal de l'Ourcq and the heart of Paris, it offers an authentically Parisian setting to enjoy the capital at your own pace.

The space

From the moment you step in, the apartment reveals a generous and functional layout, bathed in natural light thanks to its east-facing orientation — perfect for gentle, bright mornings. Being on the ground floor with a private entrance gives you a sense of calm and privacy that's hard to find in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking: oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender — everything you need. In the living room, you'll find a TV with satellite/cable access, electric radiators for cooler evenings, and a fan for summer stays. For laundry and daily essentials, the apartment has a washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment, and bed linen and towels are provided. WiFi is available throughout, with a repeater in the back bedroom for a strong connection everywhere. A dedicated workspace with a desk is also available for those who need to work remotely. Please note that no parking is available with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure building, accessible via a private entrance. There is no lift, but none is needed at this level. Access is straightforward and autonomous thanks to a secure system — full details will be provided before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm onwards to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist you if needed. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11am; keys are to be dropped off at a partner location whose address we will provide.

The neighborhood

Boulevard de la Villette is one of the lively main arteries of north-east Paris, sitting at the crossroads of the 10th and 19th arrondissements. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Bassin de la Villette, Paris's largest artificial lake, perfect for a waterside stroll or a picnic on the banks. The Canal de l'Ourcq, with its barges and open-air bars, gives the neighbourhood a relaxed and festive atmosphere, especially lovely in fine weather. Nearby markets, bakeries and grocery shops along the boulevard make daily errands easy. For evenings out, the area is full of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, particularly around Place de Stalingrad and its buzzing terraces.

Transport

The apartment is exceptionally well connected: Stalingrad metro station, serving lines 2, 5 and 7, is just 1 minute away on foot. A little further, Louis Blanc station (lines 7 and 7bis) is about 4 minutes' walk, offering even more connections across Paris.
