Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Marais

Welcome to this characterful Parisian apartment located in the heart of the Marais, one of the most vibrant and beautiful neighbourhoods in Paris. Spanning 78 m² with a south-east orientation, it enjoys wonderful natural light throughout the day. Situated on the 2nd floor of a 19th-century building with a lift, it combines the charm of Parisian architecture with modern comfort.

The space

As soon as you step through the door, you'll be greeted by a bright and welcoming interior where the south-east light fills the rooms pleasantly in the mornings. The layout is fluid and practical, making it easy for everyone to find their bearings, whether for a short stay or a longer escape.

- Bedroom: 1 single bed (90 cm) + 1 queen-size bed (160 cm), with en-suite bathroom (shower) and separate toilet within the room

The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style cooking: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine are all at your disposal. In the living room, you'll enjoy WiFi, a TV with streaming service and a dedicated laptop workspace, perfect if you're combining your stay with remote work. The apartment also comes with a washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment, bed linen and towels, as well as a smoke detector. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building, accessible via a secured entry system at the front of the building. A lift is available to reach your floor with ease, and stairs are also accessible if you prefer. All practical information for accessing the apartment will be provided before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share all the tips you'll need to make the most of your stay in the Marais. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions. Check-out is self-managed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address we will provide you with.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located on Rue de Turenne, an emblematic address in the Marais in the 3rd arrondissement. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the magnificent Place des Vosges, the oldest royal square in Paris, perfect for a morning stroll or a picnic under its arcades. The covered Marché des Enfants-Rouges, the oldest market in Paris, is also nearby, offering fresh produce and street food from around the world. Rue de Bretagne and Rue Charlot are lined with trendy cafés, restaurants and designer boutiques. The neighbourhood is lively day and night, with a rich cultural offering thanks to its many art galleries and the Musée Picasso just steps away.

Transport

The apartment is exceptionally well connected: Filles du Calvaire station (line 8) is just 2 minutes away on foot, Saint-Sébastien – Froissart (also line 8) is about 4 minutes away, and Oberkampf (lines 5 and 9) is around 5 minutes on foot.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
