The space

From the moment you step inside, you'll appreciate the dual-aspect layout: natural light circulates throughout the day thanks to the through-facing orientation. The recent construction (from 2020 onwards) ensures quality finishes, good insulation and well-planned living spaces. Everything revolves around a bright living room and a separate fully equipped kitchen, with two bathrooms for added family comfort.

Linen is included (sheets and towels), and you'll also find a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment. Please note: no parking space is available with the property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 9th floor, easily accessible via the building's two lifts — a real convenience, especially with luggage. Entry to the building is via a secure badge system, and all practical details will be shared with you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property—you’ll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in.

During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions you may have. You’ll also have access to our app, which contains all the information you need: accommodation, the neighborhood, recommended spots, and much more.

Check-out is by 11 a.m.; you’ll receive all the necessary instructions the day before your departure.

The neighborhood

Clichy is a vibrant town right next to Paris, ideally situated between the 17th and 18th arrondissements. The Général Roguet neighbourhood is residential and pleasant: you'll easily find bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés for everyday needs. The Rue du Général Roguet itself runs along the banks of the Seine, offering lovely riverside walks. Nearby, Parc Roger Salengro is a great spot to relax, and Clichy's lively town centre with its shops is within easy walking distance. Paris is just a stone's throw away: Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur are only minutes away, as are the Batignolles neighbourhood and its markets.

Transport

Public transport data specific to the address is not available at this time. The Clichy district remains very well served by the RATP network: line 14, located nearby, offers quick and direct access to the center of Paris, and line 13 (stations Mairie de Clichy or Gabriel Péri) complete this service.
A bus at the foot of the building also allows you to reach the Champs-Élysées in about 25 minutes, offering a convenient solution for your travels.
