Welcome to this authentic Parisian studio, nestled in the lively 18th arrondissement, just a few minutes' walk from the famous winding streets of Montmartre. Small in size but big in character, this apartment will immerse you in the typical atmosphere of the capital's historic Haussmann-era buildings.

The space

Facing west, the studio enjoys lovely light in the late afternoon, with warm sunshine flooding the space from midday onwards. The compact and well-thought-out layout makes clever use of the 19m² available, creating an intimate and cosy atmosphere in keeping with the spirit of classic small Parisian apartments.

The apartment includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your meals: a hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, as well as wine glasses for enjoying a good Parisian red. For your comfort, a TV with satellite or cable is available for your evenings, and a selection of books is on hand for those who enjoy reading. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, bed linen and towels, a hairdryer and ironing equipment for a hassle-free stay. Heating is individual electric, and WiFi is available. Please note there is no parking associated with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure building, accessible via a badge entry system. There is no lift, so access is by stairs only. Upon arrival, all detailed instructions will be provided to help you access the building and your apartment with ease.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share all our tips for making the most of your stay. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist you if needed — please don't hesitate to get in touch. Check-out is self-managed before 11am, and the keys must be dropped off at a partner relay point, the address of which we will provide.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on Rue Francis Carco in the 18th arrondissement, a lively and authentic neighbourhood where Paris still has the feel of a village. A short walk away, the Butte Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur basilica offer one of the most iconic panoramas in the capital. Rue Ordener and Boulevard Barbès are lined with local shops, bakeries, grocery stores and bustling markets for your daily needs. The nearby Marché de la Chapelle is a must-visit for lovers of fresh produce and genuine Parisian atmosphere. In the evenings, the restaurants and bistros in the area offer varied and affordable cuisine, away from the most tourist-heavy spots.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected by public transport: Marx Dormoy station (line 12) is approximately a 4-minute walk away (327m), offering direct access to Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare and the heart of Paris. Marcadet – Poissonniers station (lines 4 and 12) is a 7-minute walk (564m), while Château Rouge station (line 4) is also about 7 minutes away (525m), connecting directly to Châtelet, Gare du Nord and the wider Parisian network.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
