Welcome to this warm apartment located in the heart of the 19th arrondissement, just steps from Parc de la Villette. Compact and well laid out, it's perfect for a solo traveller or a couple looking to explore Paris from a lively and authentic neighbourhood.

The space

Facing north, the apartment enjoys soft, even light throughout the day — ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The layout is clear and functional: every space has its place, keeping the atmosphere pleasant and relaxing. The inner courtyard adds a touch of calm and greenery, a welcome respite in the heart of the city.

The apartment includes the following spaces:
- Living room with sofa bed (double 140cm)
- Bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Fully equipped kitchen

In terms of equipment, the kitchen is fully stocked: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and blender are all available so you can cook just like at home. The living room has a TV with satellite or cable, and a fan is on hand for warmer nights. A washing machine, provided bed linen and towels, and basic essentials round out a practical and comfortable stay. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift, accessible via an inner courtyard after a secure entry at the residence entrance. The keys and access badges will be handed to you upon your arrival. The entrance is private and independent.

Guest interaction

We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share all the tips you need to make the most of your stay. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist you if needed. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address will be communicated to you in advance.

The neighborhood

The 19th arrondissement is a neighbourhood on the rise — popular, creative and full of life. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find Parc de la Villette, one of the largest parks in Paris, with its lawns, canals and cultural venues including the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Grande Halle. Avenue Jean Jaurès, the main artery of the neighbourhood, is lined with shops, bakeries, restaurants and busy cafés. The Canal de l'Ourcq, with its redesigned banks, offers lovely walks and cycling paths. The neighbourhood is also close to Le Centquatre-Paris, a must-visit cultural space dedicated to contemporary creation.

Transport

Porte de Pantin metro station (line 5) is just a 2-minute walk away, allowing you to reach central Paris quickly. The T3b tram at the Porte de Pantin – Parc de la Villette stop on Boulevard Sérurier is about a 4-minute walk, running along the outer boulevards.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
