Welcome to this bright 62 m² apartment ideally located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, on the Quai Louis Blériot facing the Seine. You'll find a calm and elegant residential setting, just a few minutes from Paris's most iconic landmarks.

The space

Facing south-east, the apartment enjoys beautiful natural light throughout the day, with a soothing sense of living just steps from the water. The layout is fluid and well thought out, with clearly defined spaces that let you unwind as much as you like.

- 1 equipped kitchen

In the kitchen, you'll find an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender — everything you need to cook or simply start the day well. For everyday comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, a fan, a TV with satellite or cable, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. For laundry and practical needs, there's a washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, a hair dryer, as well as sheets and towels provided. Please note the apartment does not have parking.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure building, accessible with a badge provided with the keys. The building has a lift, making access very convenient with luggage. Detailed instructions for accessing the apartment will be sent to you upon booking confirmation.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3 PM to hand over the keys and share some local tips. Throughout your stay, our team remains available to answer any questions or help if needed. On the morning of departure, check-out is self-managed before 11 AM: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address we'll provide.

The neighborhood

The Quai Louis Blériot runs along the Seine in one of Paris's most residential and peaceful neighbourhoods. Just steps away, you'll find the Parc André Citroën, a vast green space by the water perfect for a morning stroll, as well as the rue du Commerce with its many shops, restaurants and bakeries. The Auteuil neighbourhood is also close by, with its quiet streets and local markets. The Eiffel Tower is just a few minutes away by bike or public transport, and the Trocadéro as well as the Musée Marmottan are within easy reach. Several supermarkets are also accessible on foot.

Transport

Mirabeau metro station (line 10) is about a 2-minute walk away, providing quick access to central Paris. Javel station (RER C) is about a 3-minute walk, ideal for reaching Saint-Michel, Gare d'Austerlitz or Versailles. The Javel – André Citroën metro station (line 10) adds another option just a 4-minute walk away.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
