The space

Facing south-west, the apartment enjoys lovely afternoon light, with a soft and intimate atmosphere that makes you want to settle right in. The exposed stone walls are a nod to the charm of early 20th-century Parisian buildings, and the interior courtyard brings a welcome sense of quiet away from the street noise.

- Separate, fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen has everything you need to cook as if at home: oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender. The living room features air conditioning and ceiling fans for year-round comfort, along with gas radiators for cooler evenings. On the practical side, you'll find a washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, as well as a laptop-friendly workspace. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Access is through a secure entrance leading into a quiet interior courtyard, from which the apartment is just a few steps away. Detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay should you have any questions or need assistance. Check-out is self-managed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address will be provided in advance.

The neighborhood

The 11th arrondissement is one of the most lively and endearing in Paris. From the apartment, you're just a few minutes' walk from Rue Oberkampf and its many cafés, restaurants and trendy bars, as well as Boulevard Voltaire with its everyday shops. The iconic Place de la République is easily accessible. Market lovers will appreciate the Marché Popincourt nearby, while food enthusiasts will find bakers, cheese shops and fine grocers within close reach. The Canal Saint-Martin and its leafy banks are also a short walk or bike ride away for a refreshing stroll.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Parmentier station (line 3) is just a 3-minute walk away, Couronnes station (line 2) is around 5 minutes, and Rue Saint-Maur station (line 3) is 5 to 6 minutes away — making it easy to reach République, Nation, the Opéra or Gare du Nord in no time.
