Charming studio near Canal Saint-Martin

Welcome to this charming Parisian studio, nestled in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, one of the most lively and authentic neighbourhoods in Paris. Housed in a characterful building dating back to before 1900, you'll enjoy a well-designed, warm and ideally located space to explore the city.

The space

Facing east, the apartment enjoys beautiful morning light that gives the space a soft and restful atmosphere. At 27 m², the layout offers a genuine separate bedroom, which provides real comfort for a studio. The overall feel is authentically Parisian, typical of the old buildings found in the 11th.

- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle — everything you need to cook comfortably. The apartment is heated by individual electric radiators and includes WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided, a washing machine is available, and the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Basic supplies and hangers are also provided. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with no lift, accessible through a secure inner courtyard with a digital keypad entry. You will go through building B and take the stairs up to the 4th floor. Your front door is easy to spot thanks to its lobster doormat. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share some tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions or help if needed. Check-out is self-service before 11am: simply drop the keys off at a partner relay point, the address of which will be shared with you in advance.

The neighborhood

130 Rue Saint-Maur sits at the heart of one of the most vibrant corners of the 11th arrondissement, between Oberkampf and République. Rue Saint-Maur is lined with bakeries, local grocery stores, trendy cafés and restaurants to suit every taste. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the buzz of Avenue Parmentier and its terraces, as well as Rue Oberkampf, iconic for Parisian nightlife and culture. The Canal Saint-Martin, with its romantic towpaths and many restaurants, is easily reachable by bike or a few metro stops. Market lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Belleville and Père Lachaise markets. And the Père Lachaise cemetery, a true green lung of the neighbourhood, is worth a visit both for its peaceful atmosphere and its famous residents.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Parmentier station (line 3) is about a 4-minute walk away, while Goncourt (line 11) and Couronnes (line 2) are both reachable in around 5 minutes on foot, giving you three different metro lines to easily access all the major parts of Paris.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
