The space

The apartment benefits from a south-east orientation that fills it with lovely morning light. The living room is a welcoming space, extended by a balcony perfect for a morning coffee. The layout is well thought out, with separate rooms that give everyone their own space.

For everyday comfort, the apartment offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, and bed linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building, accessed through a double entrance hall. A lift is available, making access very convenient whether you have luggage or are travelling with children. Full instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

We will be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share our best tips for making the most of the apartment and the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay for any questions. Check-out is self-managed before 11am, and the keys should be dropped off at a partner relay whose address will be provided to you.

The neighborhood

The 11th arrondissement is one of the liveliest in Paris, and Rue Saint-Maur is one of its busiest streets. Just a short walk away, you'll find Boulevard Voltaire and Place Léon Blum, lined with cafés, brasseries and local shops. The Marché de la Place Popincourt is just minutes away for fresh produce. The neighbourhood is packed with international restaurants, lively bars and late-opening grocery stores. The famous Rue Oberkampf, known for its nightlife and cultural scene, is easily reachable on foot. The Canal Saint-Martin, perfect for a stroll, is also just a short bike ride away.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Voltaire station (line 9) is just a 4-minute walk away (301 m), while Rue Saint-Maur station (line 3) is reachable in 5 to 6 minutes (432 m) and Saint-Ambroise (line 9) in around 6 minutes (493 m), giving you quick access to the entire Paris transport network.
