Welcome to this 37 m² apartment nestled on a quiet, residential street in the 15th arrondissement, just a short distance from the Eiffel Tower. A perfect Parisian base to explore one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods on the Left Bank, while enjoying a peaceful setting to unwind after your days of discovery.

The space

Facing north, the apartment has a cool and restful atmosphere, with soft, gentle light that invites relaxation. The space is laid out in a practical way, with a proper separate bedroom, a welcoming living room and an independent kitchen — everything you need to feel truly at home.

In terms of equipment, the kitchen is fully fitted for cooking at your leisure: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender are all available, along with wine glasses for those Parisian evenings. The living room has a TV with satellite or cable access, and WiFi is available throughout the apartment. For everyday comfort, you will find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic essentials to start your stay in peace. A cot, travel cot and high chair are also available for families with young children. Please note there is no parking space associated with this accommodation.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building, accessible via an entrance hall with a badge. A lift is available to reach the apartment effortlessly. Once on the landing, your accommodation is on the right.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you in person from 3 pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay to answer any questions or assist you if needed. On the morning of departure, check-out is fully autonomous before 11 am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address will be communicated to you in advance.

The neighborhood

The 15th arrondissement, and more specifically the Grenelle neighbourhood, is a lively and authentically Parisian area, away from the tourist hustle yet just minutes on foot from the most iconic landmarks. Rue Béatrix Dussane sits within a network of quiet, residential streets, in close proximity to Boulevard de Grenelle and its many shops, cafés and bakeries. The Boulevard de Grenelle market, one of the largest covered markets in Paris, takes place nearby on Wednesday and Sunday mornings — a great opportunity to stock up on fresh produce. The Eiffel Tower and the Champ-de-Mars are reachable on foot in about twenty minutes, as are the banks of the Seine and the Trocadéro. Avenue Émile Zola, with its shops, restaurants and supermarkets, is also very close for your everyday needs.

Transport

Dupleix metro station (line 6) is just a 3-minute walk away, ideal for quickly reaching Nation, Montparnasse or the Place de l'Étoile. Bir-Hakeim station (line 6) is about a 6-minute walk, with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower from the viaduct as a bonus. Finally, Avenue Émile Zola station (line 10) is a 6-minute walk and connects you to Jussieu, Odéon or Gare d'Austerlitz.
