This 72 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a Haussmann-era building dating from before 1900, benefits from an east-facing orientation that fills it with beautiful morning light. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, with two proper bedrooms and a pleasant, well-organised living space.

The space

Step inside and you'll immediately be charmed by the character of this authentic Parisian apartment: generous proportions, the timeless appeal of pre-Haussmann architecture and a fluid, well-thought-out layout. The east-facing aspect brings soft, warm light from the early hours — perfect for a gentle start to the day.

The kitchen is well stocked with a hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle — everything you need to cook at home. The living room features a TV with satellite or cable, and you'll also find books and children's games for the little ones. For laundry, a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment are available, along with fresh bed linen and towels. The apartment also has air conditioning and a dedicated laptop workspace. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift — a few flights of stairs are required. Entry is via a secure access system with a badge and door codes, and full instructions will be provided in the welcome booklet sent before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be delighted to welcome you in person from 3 pm to hand over the keys, show you around and answer any initial questions. Throughout your stay, our team remains available should you need any help or have any queries — don't hesitate to get in touch. Check-out is self-managed and must be completed before 11 am: simply drop the keys off at a partner relay point, the address of which we'll provide in advance.

The neighborhood

Rue de Sévigné is one of the finest streets in the historic Marais, just steps from Place des Vosges and the Musée Carnavalet. You're in a neighbourhood where contemporary art galleries and trendy boutiques sit alongside 17th-century townhouses. Rue de Bretagne and the famous Marché des Enfants Rouges — Paris's oldest covered market — are an easy stroll away for your morning shopping. Along Boulevard Beaumarchais, you'll find cafés, restaurants and late-opening grocery stores. Culturally, the Centre Pompidou and Musée Picasso are just a short walk away, as are the banks of the Seine and Île Saint-Louis for an evening stroll.

Transport

Saint-Paul metro station (line 1, towards La Défense or Château de Vincennes) is just 2 minutes on foot, giving you direct access to the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre or Bastille. Chemin Vert station (line 8) is a 6-minute walk away, and Pont Marie (line 7) is also around 6 minutes, offering easy connections to the Opéra or Gare de Lyon.

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
