Welcome to MOUFLE, an authentic 90m² Parisian loft nestled in a quiet, residential street in the 11th arrondissement. Built in the first half of the 20th century, this home combines old-world charm with contemporary comfort, for a stay that is both relaxing and perfectly located in the heart of Paris.

The space

Facing east, the loft enjoys beautiful morning light that warms the living spaces from the moment you wake up. The ground-floor layout offers an intimate, single-level atmosphere, away from the hustle of upper floors — ideal for truly settling in. The spaces flow naturally from the living room to the kitchen and bedrooms, making everyday life easy for couples or families.

- Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (180cm), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and WC
- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm)
- Shared bathroom: shower and WC

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender — everything you need to cook just like at home. The living room has fans for summer nights, and the collective gas heating ensures thermal comfort year-round. On the practical side, you'll find a washing machine, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, bed linen and towels, and basic supplies. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is on the ground floor, accessible without a lift. Entry is through a secure private door, and detailed access instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

We'll be happy to welcome you in person from 3pm to hand over the keys and share a few tips about the neighbourhood. Our team remains available throughout your stay for any questions or assistance you may need. Check-out is self-managed before 11am: simply drop the keys at a partner relay whose address will be provided in advance.

The neighborhood

Rue Moufle is a quiet, residential street in the 11th arrondissement, just steps from Boulevard Richard-Lenoir and its famous Sunday market — perfect for stocking up on fresh produce. The Saint-Ambroise neighbourhood is full of neighbourhood cafés, trendy restaurants and artisan bakeries, with Rue Oberkampf and its surroundings within easy walking distance. Place Léon Blum, Place de la République and the Canal Saint-Martin are easily reachable on foot or by bike. Culture lovers will find the Musée Picasso and the Maison de Victor Hugo just a few metro stops away.

Transport

Richard-Lenoir station (line 5) is less than a 2-minute walk away, connecting you directly to Gare du Nord, Bastille and Place d'Italie. Saint-Ambroise station (line 9) is about 2 minutes on foot, giving access to République, Oberkampf and the Opéra district. Bréguet-Sabin station (line 5) is a 5-minute walk.

Other things to note

Nous vous accueillons en personne entre 15h et 20h. Le check-out, quant à lui, se fait en autonomie et doit être effectué avant 11h. Pour simplifier votre départ, les clés devront être déposées dans un relais partenaire, dont l'adresse vous sera fournie.
Si vous prévoyez d'arriver après 20h, nous vous offrons la possibilité d'un check-in tardif en autonomie, jusqu'à 00h maximum. Dans ce cas, les clés seront mises à votre disposition dans un relais partenaire ouvert 24/7, moyennant une petite contribution de 10€.
