The space

As soon as you push open the green gate leading to the garden, you sense that this place has something special about it. The 52m² apartment faces north and enjoys soft, steady light throughout the day. The layout flows naturally, with generous volumes for a character Parisian apartment.

- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm)
- Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed (180cm)

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking: gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The living room features a TV with satellite/cable access, and a fan is available for summer nights. The apartment is heated by individual gas radiators for winter stays. Bed linen and towels are provided, a hairdryer is available, and a laptop workspace is set up for those who need to stay connected. Please note there is no parking associated with the property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor, accessible without a lift. You access the property via an interior courtyard — a discreet and secure passage that leads you to the green gate opening onto the apartment's private garden. All detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

Transport

Anvers metro station (line 2) is just a 2-minute walk away, providing fast connections across Paris. The Montmartre funicular, with its lower station less than 2 minutes on foot, takes you directly to the steps of Sacré-Cœur.
