Welcome to this characterful house tucked at the end of a leafy inner courtyard, in one of the most lively and authentic neighbourhoods in northeast Paris. With 50 m² and a private entrance, it offers a true haven of peace just steps from the Buttes-Chaumont park.

The space

Facing north, the house is bathed in soft, gentle light — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Its access through a private courtyard gives it a discreet charm and the feel of a village cottage, a rare find in Paris. The layout is well thought out, functional and warm.

The rooms:
- Living room: main living area with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) and a television with satellite/cable access
- Kitchen: fully equipped and separate
- Bathroom: with shower and WC

Sleeping arrangements:
- Living room: 1 double sofa bed (140 cm wide)

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need: a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and even a blender. In the living room, the satellite/cable TV is ready for relaxing evenings in. For everyday needs, the house is equipped with a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels, as well as basic supplies. Please note there is no parking associated with the property.

Guest access

The house is on the ground floor, with no lift — which actually makes arriving with luggage very easy. Access is via an inner courtyard: after passing through the secure entrance of the building, you cross the courtyard and reach the front door at the far end, easily recognisable by its green colour. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue de Clavel sits on the border between the 19th and 20th arrondissements, in a lively and characterful area that has retained its Parisian village soul. Just a short walk away, Rue de Belleville is lined with small restaurants, grocery stores and cafés offering flavours from around the world — a great invitation to wander and explore. The Buttes-Chaumont park, one of the most beautiful and largest parks in Paris, is reachable in under 10 minutes on foot: with its lakes, rolling hills and views over Montmartre, it's ideal for a morning walk or an end-of-day picnic. The neighbourhood also has plenty of bakeries, supermarkets and local shops to make daily life easy and comfortable.

Transport

The property is ideally connected: Pyrénées station (line 11) is less than a minute's walk away (68 m), and Jourdain station (also line 11) is around 4 minutes on foot (316 m). A little further, Buttes Chaumont station (line 7 bis) is a 7-minute walk (524 m), offering an additional connection towards central Paris.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
