Welcome to this bright 67m² apartment in the heart of the 15th arrondissement, just a few minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Champ-de-Mars. Rue Saint-Charles is a lively, shop-lined street that gives you an authentic Parisian experience, away from the tourist crowds yet perfectly placed to explore the city.

The space

Facing east, the apartment enjoys beautiful morning light that fills the living space from the moment you wake up. The terrace is a real highlight — perfect for a quiet morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. The layout is well thought out, with a clear separation between the living areas and the bedrooms.

The apartment includes:

- A separate fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- Separate toilet

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm wide)
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90cm wide each)

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room features a TV with satellite or cable access, and a fan is available for warm summer nights. For day-to-day needs, a washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, bed linen, towels and basic supplies are all provided. Please note there is no parking associated with the property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building accessed through a secure coded entrance. Once inside the courtyard, you make your way to building D, where a lift is available to reach the floor. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue Saint-Charles is one of the liveliest streets in the 15th arrondissement, with bakeries, grocery shops, restaurants, pharmacies and cafés just steps from the apartment. The open-air Marché Saint-Charles is a great spot to pick up fresh produce. Less than ten minutes' walk away, the Champ-de-Mars offers long, pleasant strolls with the Eiffel Tower as a backdrop — a view that never gets old. The Quai de Grenelle runs along the Seine and is perfect for riverside walks, with stunning views of the Vedettes de Paris and the bateaux-mouches. The neighbourhood also has plenty of dining options, including several traditional French restaurants around Rue du Commerce, just around the corner.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Bir-Hakeim metro station (line 6) is about a 3-minute walk away, and Dupleix station (also line 6) is reachable in around 4 minutes. For RER connections, Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel station (RER C) is approximately 7 minutes on foot — ideal for quick trips to Versailles, Orsay or central Paris.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
