The space

This 19th-century apartment charms with its generous proportions and lovely natural light: its cross-through layout means light flows in throughout the day. The floor plan is fluid, with two separate living areas that give everyone their own space. Between the parquet floors, high ceilings and Parisian character, this is a home that feels genuinely welcoming.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The living room has a TV with satellite/cable access, and WiFi is available throughout the apartment. For laundry and everyday needs, you'll find a washing machine, ironing equipment, bed linen and towels, and a vacuum cleaner. Please note there is no parking space associated with this property.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift. The building entrance is secured. Full instructions for accessing the property will be sent to you before your arrival.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue de Turenne is one of the landmark streets of the Haut-Marais, a neighbourhood made for strolling. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the magnificent Place des Vosges, Paris's oldest square, lined with arcades and café terraces. The area is full of contemporary art galleries, concept stores and great restaurants, particularly around Rue de Bretagne and the Marché des Enfants Rouges — the oldest covered market in Paris — perfect for a relaxed lunch. The Centre Pompidou and Musée Picasso are also within easy walking distance. In the evenings, the streets of the Marais come alive with bars and restaurants, while remaining pleasantly calm.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Filles du Calvaire station (line 8) is just a 2-minute walk away, and Saint-Sébastien – Froissart (also line 8) is 3 minutes on foot. Oberkampf station (lines 5 and 9) is a 5-minute walk, offering additional connections across the city.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
