The space

From the moment you step inside, you'll appreciate the ceiling height and the character of this loft built between 1900 and 1949. The southwest orientation floods the apartment with natural light from midday onwards, creating a warm and gentle ambiance. The layout is well thought out, offering both comfort and privacy.

The property comprises:
- 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 cm), en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub
- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 living room
- 1 separate toilet

The kitchen is fully stocked: fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender — everything you need to cook just like at home. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable space to unwind after a day of sightseeing, along with a dedicated laptop workspace if needed. On the practical side, the apartment has a washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building accessible by lift. Access is via a secure inner courtyard, through an entrance gate. Full instructions will be sent to you before your arrival so you can find your way to the apartment with ease.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue Bisson sits in one of Paris's most vibrant and characterful neighbourhoods. Just steps away, Boulevard de Belleville buzzes with life — colourful markets, restaurants from around the world and lively cafés. Rue de Ménilmontant and its surroundings are packed with great little restaurants, trendy bars and independent galleries that give this popular, creative corner of Paris its unique charm. Parc de Belleville, a few minutes' walk away, offers one of the finest panoramic views over the Parisian rooftops — a must-see at the end of the day. The famous Père-Lachaise, Paris's largest cemetery and a genuinely beautiful green space, is easily reachable from the neighbourhood. Street art lovers will also be delighted by the murals and urban creations scattered throughout the nearby streets.

Transport

The apartment is excellently connected: Couronnes station (line 2) is just a 2-minute walk away, Belleville station (lines 2 and 11) is around 4 minutes, and Ménilmontant (line 2) is about 6 minutes on foot — making it easy to reach the centre of Paris and all its highlights.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
