Nestled in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, this 35 m² apartment offers a warm and practical setting to discover Paris at your own pace. Just steps from Boulevard Voltaire and its lively terraces, you'll be ideally located between Bastille, Oberkampf and Place de la République.

The space

The apartment sits on the top floor of its building, giving it a lovely sense of calm and quiet. Its north-east orientation brings soft, steady light throughout the day. The layout is simple and functional — every room has its purpose, without unnecessary clutter, for a comfortable stay whether you're travelling solo or as a couple.

The apartment includes:

- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide)
- A separate fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower and WC

The kitchen is well stocked: a stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are all ready for you to prepare meals independently. The living room features a red armchair and a TV with satellite or cable, perfect for winding down in the evening. For everyday practicalities, you'll find a washing machine, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, bed linen and towels provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a 19th-century building, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Access is through a secure entrance leading to an inner courtyard, then a second building accessible by keypad. Full instructions are sent to you before your arrival so you can settle in with ease.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The 11th arrondissement is one of the most vibrant districts in Paris, and Rue du Chemin Vert is a great example of that energy. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find the Marché d'Aligre for morning grocery shopping, the lively terraces of Boulevard Voltaire for an evening aperitif, and the backstreets of Oberkampf for a night out. On weekends, the Bastille market on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir is not to be missed — fresh fruit, cheese, flowers, all in one place. Place de la Bastille, with its opera house and historic symbolism, is reachable on foot in about ten minutes. The neighbourhood is full of great finds: artisan bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants from around the world and natural wine bars. This is Paris at its most authentic — lively, human and real.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Saint-Ambroise station (line 9) is about a 3-minute walk away, and Richard-Lenoir station (line 5) is less than 4 minutes on foot. A little further, Voltaire station (line 9) is around a 5-minute walk, offering a direct connection to République, Nation or the Opéra.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
